Terms of Service
1. Who we are
OndaDev ("OndaDev", "we", "us") is the publisher of the apps Healthy Buddy, BeRoomie, and Deutsch Mentor, and operates the internal content-management tooling at posts.ondadev.com.
2. Scope of these terms
These Terms govern access to and use of the OndaDev content tooling, including any integration with third-party social platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). The tooling is operated for internal team use; it is not a public service.
3. Acceptable use
When using the tooling and any connected social account you agree not to: violate the terms of the connected platform; publish content that infringes third-party rights; submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or designed to mislead. All scheduled drafts are reviewable before publishing on the underlying platform.
4. Third-party platforms
Connecting a TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other social account authorizes OndaDev to read account information and submit content drafts on your behalf via the platform's official API. We do not store passwords. Tokens are stored encrypted at rest. You can disconnect any account at any time from within the tool.
5. Intellectual property
The tooling, including its source code and design, is the property of OndaDev. Content submitted through the tool remains the property of its creator (the operator or the brand they represent). Use of trademarks of third-party platforms is governed by those platforms' brand guidelines.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if these terms are breached. Upon termination, connected social accounts can be disconnected and any drafts not yet published are removed.
7. Limitation of liability
The tool is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, OndaDev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the tool, including from outages of third-party platforms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the updated version is published at this URL with a new "last updated" date.
